Shipment and delivery

When the product is in stock, your order will be delivered within 7 days. If an item is not in stock, you will be informed by telephone or e-mail about the delivery time.
For the shipment small packages of our orders we have chosen for the reliable service of UPS and on delivery of larger packages, for our own transport service, Berser Transport or DB Schenker.

Orders in the Netherlands above € 100.00 excluding VAT will be delivered franko. The following rates apply under this amount:

Pay attention to any damage when you receiving the package. When you sign and accept your package, you declare that the package has been received in good order. If there are any damages to the package, you can refuse the package.

RETURNS:
You have the right to return the products within 7 days. You must report this with the order number and the invoice number.
The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, properly packaged and sufficiently stamped to:

The risk of loss or damage during transport is for the sender. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped packages will not be accepted. You will receive a confirmation by email when the returned products has been received. The amounts already paid will be refunded to you within 30 days, without the shipping costs charged.
If you have received a wrong delivery due to the actions of Heus Tractors, we will take care of the correct delivery as soon as possible after receipt of the returned item.

COMPLAINTS:
Heus Tractors considers quality to be of paramount importance. If you  have a complaint about a delivery or a product, please contact us by e-mail, stating your order number.

We will contact you as soon as possible about the handling of your complaint.
